I am having trouble opening large PNG files

Some of our PNG files for t-shirts are pretty large so that they can be suitable for different printers requirements. 

Sometimes depending on your computer and operating system these might not open properly due to their size. In this case please use a software like:

Xview

Irfanview

These software can be also used to resize the PNG files to be suitable for upload.
